Setting policies, planning, coordination and adopting the necessary measures in the following areas:

o    Definition and completion of technical instructions, design, execution, contractor

o    Continuous monitoring, obtaining and reviewing technical feedback

o    Recognition and identification of available vacancies and development of guidelines for the marine community of the country

o    Creating and harmonizing the design, implementation, monitoring and contracting criteria of coastal and offshore structures.

o    Drawing the preparation process and communicating the instructions developed to consultants, contractors and etc.

o    Preparing program titles of required criteria and prioritizing them

o    Reviewing and confirmation of the requirements and priorities in the annual plans

o    Reviewing and approval of strategies in order to improve processes for the provision, compilation and evaluation

o    Approval specialized subcommittee members
